Forget about PIN CODE!

What you have to do: simply buy NETRING prepaid phone card, dial no-charge NETRING node number of your country and register your phone number in our database. That´s all! Now you may call from your registered phone number via NETRING Telekom without any PIN codes.

You should proceed as follows :

1) Dial respective no-charge phone number of network node of your country,
2) enter your personal PIN-code,
3) choose hash key „#“ for menu options,
4) choose „5“ for English and
5) „4“ for automatic registration.
6) you will be asked to re-enter your PIN code
7) please re-enter your PIN code and listen to the automatic voice. You will be informed that your phone number is stored by our registration system.

When you next time dial any number while using NETRING Telekom network, you will not be asked to enter your PIN code any more.

PLS. NOTE!: this is our goody for NETRING prepaid cards user. If you have NETRING client card, then please inform us by mail about phone numbers to be stored into our database for automatic dialing.

How to refill your prepaid account

You bear in mind your PIN code or you have stored your phone number in our database but your prepaid account is zeroed out? No problem! All you need is to buy prepaid NETRING card and to refill your account by entering respective code.

1) Please dial the number of respective network node in your country,
2) enter your PIN-code if necessary,
3) push hash key „#“ for menu options,
4) push „5“ for English and
5) „8“to refill your account.

Left on our homepage you will find login field for our users. Just enter your PIN-code and click the arrow-button right. You will be linked to the menu for your prepaid account refilling.
