how to use NETRING services
If you want to use NETRING services, dial firstly one of our network nodes. You may use, for example, phones of local exchange network (including public network phones). Dial no-charge number of one of our network nodes. You will hear machine voice message. If you call from your mobile phone then you have usually to dial a number for mobile phone users. This call to our node is charged by your mobile network provider.
NETRING network has to firstly identify you as our customer. That’s why you have to enter your personal PIN code. Don’t wait till operator stops talking - do it right away. Our customers using NETRING network permanently tell us the phone numbers they usually call from and we add these numbers to our database. It makes their numbers instantly recognizable and customers should not enter their PIN codes any longer. System will ask you to dial the destination number (you can do it avoiding operators message) and after that you will be connected. The companies and other entities, being our customers, may simply programme their telephone stations so that any call goes automatically through NETRING network. It is very convenient for customers because they do not need to dial toll no-charge access number and PIN code. By the way, private customers can also programme no-charge number of their network node into their telephones (or network node for mobile phone users) and then connection will be easily set up by pushing only one button.
Once you have been registered in our network you may dial your respondents´ numbers. Please note! It only works from dial-tone phones. It might be unbelievable, but some people still use impulse-dial phones. If your phone is impulse dialing one and it is not older than 25 years then it is possible to switch your telephone apparatus to dial-tone mode. Once you have done it you may dial other party’s number, including country and city code ( for example: if you call to Moscow you dial 007095XXXXXXXX), then you need to push asterisk (*) button. The asterisk button informs our node that the dialing is completed and it may start to set up connection. Otherwise the node will wait few seconds till you dial another digit and only then will start to set up connection. In other words: asterisk button merely speeds-up your connection. ATTENTION MOBILE PHONES USERS: asterisk button will be understood by NETRING network as SEND or OK mode. So if you push this button while you operates through NETRING, your phone will be switched to your mobile services provider where the prices - as you probably know - are quite different.
Please push hash key button: # to get access to all the menu options;
Please push twice hash key button: ## to redial the last number.
