quick reference guide

Please dial firstly the respectice network node of your country.

1. If you use phone of local exchange network or public network phone - simply dial no-charge number of respective network node. If you use mobile phone, dial special number for mobile phone users. Pls. note: in most countries you will be charged by your mobile telephony provider for this call to our node (city call tarif)

2. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you are our permanent client and call from the phone which is registered by our network then PIN code will not be required.

3. Dial the number of destination including country code and city code and push asterisk button. It is not necessary to dial country code when you are calling within the country of your registration. You have to dial local/city code only. For example if you are Austrian resident and being in Austria call Salzburg you need to dial 0662XXXXXXX.

ATTENTION MOBILE PHONES USERS: donīt push asterisk button while using NETRING network services. Asterisk button will be understood by NETRING network as SEND or OK mode. So if you push this button while you operates through NETRING, your phone will be switched to your mobile services provider where the prices - as you probably know - are quite different.

Please push hash key button: # to get access to all the menu options;
Please push twice hash key button: ## to redial the last dialed number.
