Thanks for your question. We have not yet set up a representation office in Brussles. However, we may regsiter you in one of our existing offices. Please feel free to contact one of our service centres and we will offer you our services on a prepayment basis. As soon as we will establish an office in your country we will offer you regular terms and conditions for NETRING network users.

I´ve got a problem with my PIN code. I hid it very well. It seems that I cannot find it now. Could you send me my PIN code again ?
Or could you suggest what to do in such situation?

Dear Nataly !
Loosing PIN code would not cause any problems to you. Problems may arise if someone has stolen your PIN code.
We will not send you the same PIN code one more time. The reason is the safety of your NETRING Telekom account.
We would suggest, you let us block your lost PIN code and you will get another one from our customer service. It is absolutely free of charge. What you have to do in this case. You should inform us in writing that you have lost your PIN code, ask us to block it and to issue you another PIN code.

Your price list contains calling fees and countries` names only. Are these fees per minute charges or do you have another breakdown of fees?

Can I use a VoIP device like an ATA186 or Sipura2000 and get a DID number in Budapest with your service for a flat monthly fee?

1. You can use VoIP device ATA 186, but not Sipura 2000.
2. You are welcome to get a DID number in Budapest. Please contact one of our service centres.
3. Unfortunately we do not offer flat rates, but our rates are very atractive even without that. Please, check them out and click here.
